Self taught calisthenics coach training 15 years and coaching 12+ years I opened the first gym in Australia dedicated solely to street workout and calisthenics training called Raising The Bar Training later renamed to Cali-Fit I competed open Australian Ninja Warrior, Ultimate tag and was a course tester for Australian Spartan Seasons 1 & 2 In August 2024 I broke the world records for the most muscle-ups in 8, 12 & 24 hours on my 35th birthday with 1395, 1530 & 1546 muscle-ups Now I coach online and face to face helping people get their first push-up, chin-up or muscle-up
